Self-Care

We can’t talk about self-love without talking about self-care. Self-care is extremely important because you must make sure that you are physically and emotionally ok. Have you ever started your day with so much to do and by the time you made it to lunch time you felt burnt out? If so, you need to start taking better care of yourself.


Try these 3 recommendations:


1. Go to bed at a reasonable hour. (Depending on what time you have to wake up this may be anytime between 8:30pm and 10:00pm)


2. Take vitamins. (This can be a multi-vitamin and any other vitamins that your doctor may have advised you take. i.e. vitamin D, vitamin C etc..)


3. Drink plenty of water. (Did you know that the recommended amount of water to drink daily is half of your body weight in ounces of water?)
