So many times we talk ourselves out of progress by giving up too soon. We get frustrated when things don't seem to quite go right. The name of the game is endurance. Try setting a goal and and scheduling time each day or each week in your phone as a reminder of what you are going to do. Start living intentionally and stop letting life happen around you. If for some reason you fall short of your goal, it’s ok. Start over the next week and do not beat yourself up about it. Habits are not easy to break and this is a habit you are working to create.
When you give up on yourself you let down the most important person, YOU! This may sound selfish but if you’re not ok, you can’t help anyone else.
