Black History Month is Here
Every year, especially during Black History Month, I become intentional about buying black. For so many years black people were not allowed to educate themselves publicly, own property or own businesses. We have all heard the stories about how hard it was for our ancestors to fight for the rights that we take for granted daily.
I encourage you to spend black for the entire month of February. Support a black author, haircare professional, coffee shop owner, virtual assistant, skincare professional, graphic designer, boutique, gym, athletic apparel, tattoo artist, piercer, whatever!
