This book was such a pleasant surprise!! I'm not a "book reader" due to the time it takes to dedicate yourself to a storyline, But I COULD NOT put this book down! It was easy to follow, yet hard to take a break from. Whether you've experienced infidelity or not, this was an all around awesome book!! As women, sometimes we wear our insecurities like we wear our lipstick. Front and center! Most beautiful black women don't even see their own beauty!. But this book was a powerful reminder of the magic of a black woman, We can endure ANYTHING, and typically don't LOOK like half of what we've been through! Bravo on this book! I will be eagerly anticipating the sequel!

Wow! If the title of this book alone doesn't tempt you to drop what you're doing and read it, you're doing yourself a disservice. The main character Natasha is relatable in so many ways. No one can deny that her family is a good example of both what you can achieve when you put your minds to something, and, conversely, what happens when someone else puts their mind to punish you for their selfish actions... What a great book. I absolutely devoured it in less than 24 hours.

I picked up this book and didn't put it down until I was finished reading it. Very well written, very realistic & easy to relate to situations presented, not to mention therapeutic to anyone who may have been in that situation. And it really holds your attention too! Great job baby girl!

No one knows it like another woman and the way you describe the raw emotions, the thoughts and feelings that come from this uncharted territory are perfect. Finally! A look into infidelity from our standpoint. As women, we are taught to keep quiet and forget about our feelings. But, the author wasn't afraid to express true feelings and emotions. The author expressed every emotion that I felt when dealing with my cheating ex. I wish I had this book 10 years ago. This book is a breath of fresh air and will help women everywhere live their truth.

The more I read, the more I began to reminisce on my own past until tears rolled down my face. Not tears of sadness; rather tears of joy.
